Get your sticker in three steps

  1. Claim your till or paybill

    Open Scaive, go to You, then tap Own a shop. Enter your till or paybill number and your business name.

  2. Prove it's yours

    For a till, pay KSh 1 from that till using the code Scaive gives you. For a paybill, upload your paybill registration letter and business registration instead.

  3. Print and stick

    Download your sticker as a PDF, print it, and place it where customers pay.

Why shops use it

    The number comes from your sticker, not from someone's typing.

  • Your name shows before they pay

    Customers see your business name as verified, which is one more reason to trust the counter.

  • It can be switched off

    If a sticker is lost or your till changes, ask us and that sticker stops working.

Shop questions

Does this replace my M-Pesa till?

No. Customers still pay your normal till or paybill in M-Pesa. The sticker only makes sure they pay the right one.

Do my customers need the Scaive app?

No. Any phone camera opens a page that says whether the sticker is genuine. With the app, the check also works without internet.

Why do you ask for KSh 1 from my till?

A payment from the till, carrying your personal code, shows that you control it. If we can't confirm it that way, we ask for your registration documents instead.

What does a sticker cost?

A verified shop can ask for a review from inside the app. A person checks every request.
