Your account is deleted
You're signed out everywhere. To remove payment history from your phone, uninstall the app or use Delete my history in Settings.
We couldn't reach Scaive. Check your connection and try again.

What gets deleted
- Your account and the record of your phone number
- Every device signed in to your account, so you're signed out everywhere
- Any sign-in codes you haven't used
- Your link to anything you sent us: scam reports, appeals and feedback
What stays
- Scam reports you sent stay in the totals, so warnings keep working. They can no longer be linked to you.
- Appeals and feedback you sent stay as records, with no link to you.
- A verified shop stays verified, because its till or paybill and business name are printed on its sticker. Documents you uploaded for it are deleted 90 days after your claim was decided.
- Payment history was never on our servers. It lives only on your phone until you delete it there.
Have a verified shop sticker?
Deleting your account doesn't switch your sticker off. If you want it switched off, contact us before you delete. Contact us
